RecommendedWe got this in the mail yesterday. Brought tears to our eyes as we read the thoughtful messages of the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital on Douglas. For them to take the time to not only make a paw 🐾 print of our sweet Neo for us to cherish but each member signed a note of condolences. We talked to maybe 4 people the night we said goodbye but 10 staff members signed this. My heart is at peace knowing he was in the best hands even when he passed. #banfieldpethospital thank you!

Due to Banfield/Natomas not being able to see my dog Gizmo, who had an eye issue, they asked me to contact other Banfields. I was told that they were not an emergency vet/hospital and said I could bring him in three days later. Did not set with me very well, plus I think the associate who answered was a bit rude. Banfield/Roseville Square were wonderful. They made it possible to see Gizmo that day and took care of him. DR. Shin and her technicians were nice and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Great experience for our sweet kitty who had a huge abscess on his forehead. They got us in right away as always and his wound was drained, cleaned, got his antibiotic injection and we were back home in 30 min...thank you!
The staff is friendly and they are open on weekends
I pay $60 a month for the dog plan and when his knee pops out of place I can't even bring him in to get it placed back in. It literally only takes one minute to fix this. What's the point in paying this place if you can't see them. I would strongly recommend going to any other vet that will actually see your pet when they are hurting.

I love the doctors and pet nurses here. I’ve been with Banfield for 13 years and they’ve been good. Though I wish they had a better system for having same day appointments for emergency visits. With a diabetic pet I’ve had a few ‘scares’ and could not get in. Other than that I’ve no complaints in all these years. Wonderful and caring staff that does their best for your pet each time I’ve been in.
