Explaining the wellness package in full and letting you know the difficulty in getting out of a year contract. My puppy unbeknownst to me has a hernia and will have to have it removed when I have her spayed. Banfield told me it would not be covered under the plan so I reached out to the person I bought the puppy from and he was surprised that they couldn't do the procedure at the same time they spayed her. The doctors were really great. Even though Skylee was doing better the minute she got there they still did a body check over on her to make sure everything was okay. They took the time to answer any of the questions I had about my little Skylee.
