I'm giving them 2 stars only because the stuff is very nice. I got the wellness plan for 3 years since I got my dog as a puppy and the first year was good, they called for appointments and reminded every time it was time for shots or check up. After the first year that's it. No more phone calls and sometimes you get a reminder email. But the worst is that every time I have an emergency with my dog and I call them they are full. Terrible. Came in an emergency, live in Texas and had to stop here to get my puppy in an emergency, and they mentioned my puppy needed surgery because she picked up foxtail and developed an infection. Made the appointment just for them to call me the next day to let me know that they have to cancel the surgery cause the doctor called in sick. 😡 Good thing my wife is a nurse and she can take better care of my dog since paying for Banfield medical insurance was worthless for Banfield to take care of my dog.
My pooch goes to Petsmart Doggie Day Camp, and we also share Bandfield and Grooming services when we need them. Thank you for everything!!!
I am very happy having Dr. Torres taking care of my boys.. the staff and associates always there to answer any questions I have.. very friendly and professional services.
Dr. Nardi and Dr. Torres are the best. Dr. Nardi has been taking care of my 2 English Bulldogs since they were 6 weeks old and keeping them in healthy tip top shape and they are 5 years old. Dr. Nardi will be taking care of my future pets, she is truly very caring and she knows her patients well.
