My cat is on one of their plans. NEVER AGAIN! After this year I will not re-up. I paid extra for x-rays during my cat's dental today because there was a tooth that they thought they might need to extract. They KNEW going in what tooth that they thought might need to be extracted but they didn't provide me with an estimate as large as they gave me when they called later. They wanted another $650 to extract ONE TOOTH! They hold you hostage because your pet is under anesthesia when they call. I'm taking the blood work and x-ray... read more
