Their caring, professional staff have been looking after my kitties for years! They helped my senior boy recover his sight after a sudden episode of blindness. They helped my rescued girl deal with serious stomatitis and she is now a happy girl with her sever arthritis being managed to keep her comfortable. My two youngsters get regular check ups and lots of loving attention. Without their Wellness Plans, I wouldn't be able to afford the specialized care my fur family receives. Love them!
Long wait times, even with an appointment, and if you dare show up late, then they have the audacity to refuse service. I have only been seen on time ONCE even though I show up early. The one time I showed up 6 mins late, they told me I needed to reschedule even though I technically had 9 mins left on my appointment and that's more than enough time to give my dog a booster shot. Poor customer service and vets who agree with this awful practice.
We have been taking our dog to Banfield his whole life... Everyone that works their knows us or our dog. We ❤️ Banfield! ❤️, Dennis, Katie & Mochachino
