RecommendedOur German Shepherd Lexi came up lame on Easter Sunday, and Banfield on Ming Ave was there to help us. They got us right in, showed her nothing but kindness and patience, and the bill was surpisingly less than I thought it would be. I was and continue to be grateful. THANK YOU BANFIELD!
Great insurance and staff. My pet dog is well taken care of and treated great. No gripes from me nor any dissatisfaction.
They seem more interested in taking your money by tugging at your emotions than helping animals. DO NOT sign up for a wellness plan. We did for our cat and was told when the cat passed we didn't have to pay monthly anymore. Now they say we have to pay it even though we don't have the cat anymore.
I've had the wellness plan for my dog for almost 12 years. Dr Dendy and his staff are always great at taking care of my pet and not charging me an insane amount either. I highly recommend this banfield.
Those that helped us though our tough times. We had to have our Husky/Malamute of 14 years put down. I am very grateful you have people working here that are kind and care about you as a humans and your pets. I was very impressed by your vet and your vet techs (on 07302017). Bless you and thank you
