Thank you ALL for always taking great care of my Rufus. I wanted to say thank you also for the lovely sympathy card we received on Saturday. My Rufus is no longer suffering and in a better place where he can run around and play! By the Grace of God we will see him again one day at the Rainbow Bridge. �❤️
They have been there for us when we needed them the most. Kudos to the staff and doctors ,Walker and Wright have always been vary professional with us and the staff completely wonderful to our needs.
So you have a wellness plan that is drafting out if your account with out a beat. Your dog need to be seen because she continues to throw up and they can't accommodate. Instead you are told to go to another facility off of Staples and Yorktown or she can be scheduled as a drop off tomorrow and the doctor can probably see her when she gets time! Really!!! No companion!!!! Had this plan forever and so disappointed with JAN's suggestion! Really pisses me off!!!!
They have done so much for my baby and staff is very friendly. <3
Just go somewhere else. These people are so over priced. It cost us an arm and a leg to put our poor kitty down. On top of that they won't even allow us to close the account. We still have to pay for our (now deceased) kitty's wellness plan. How heartless can they be. Scam. I would put zero stars if I could.
