Do not bring your pet here if your needs are even minutely complicated. We called multiple times to be sure they had enough time set aside for our pets, stated exactly what we needed and that it was time sensitive, and then stated it again twice when we arrived for our appointment. The first tech we had was a red-faced incompetent crazy person who would not listen and wasted so much of our time. After that we had decent people but we later found out that ALL of our paperwork was messed up. We paid so much money and got horri... read more
