I’m disappointed in how much this clinic has declined in not only customer service but overall services. My cat is not easy to deal with and I understand that, but if you couldn’t give my cat his dewormer what makes you think I can do it? Why would you tell me I need to come back and drop off a fecal when no one told me I needed to bring one. I spoke with two people regarding my appointment and neither one mentioned to bring a fecal. This place is awesome!!!! The vet and the staff are amazing!!! They made me and my pup feel at home. Definitely recommend this vet to anyone.
Very nice people here. I follow Dr. Sizemore wherever she goes cause she the best vet in Florida. I don’t mind traveling from South Chase to this Heathrow cause I know my dogs are well taken care of over there.
I loved the caring and loving atmosphere. My little Boston terrier puppy received tons of kisses. It did take some time, but the staff makes sure you are are well educated on every thing your pet requires or needs. One of the best vet experiences. �
Very disappointed in this office. Called yesterday told one thing by staff. Arrived today to be told a completely different story. EVERYTHING I was told on the phone yesterday was incorrect according to the gal today and what is worse is I could hear the entire conversation the staff member had with the doctor through the closed door. Very unprofessional, placed a call to corporate to file a complaint and I won't be back. Now I understand why so many in my community refuse to use this chain of clinics.
