Unfortunately, my dog was misdiagnosed 2 weeks ago. The staff is friendly and great but it seems like they used the pandemic and fact that we cannot get into the clinic with our pet to get over on us. My dog has had some urinary issues so i took her in to get checked as well as her allergy shot. I explained the issue and they took her in to get checked. While the staff is super friendly . . . I am perplexed as to why I have to make an appointment for a set time to only be told that my dog sat in a cage for over 4.5 hours waiting to be seen. Nowhere on the websites scheduling page did it explain that some appointment times are a priority over others (which is what we were told when picking up) . . . that's not what "appointment" means. RecommendedDefinitely recommend this office friendly staffs and clean environment and price wise definitely more cheaper than my regular veterinary very satisfied with their service.

I always feel my baby is well taken care of here and I find the staff caring, friendly and willing to do what is needed to make that happen.
Today was my first time at this location and Dr. Natalie and her staff were amazing. This morning I had called 5 different Banfield locations and no one would see my pet as a walk-in even though my pet was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen. While starting to feel frustrated and almost in tears, I called this location and the staff told me to come in whenever I could and made sure that I was on their schedule so they could expect us.
