Great clean and most of all Dr. Salinas so professional, caring and passionate with her patients and their families. I feel confident having her and her staff to take care of my babies! Being in a wellness plan makes our lives much easier and avoid the usual surprise costs we find in other facilities. I Have been to many vets and other Banfield's hospitals, but none can compare to them. I feel that there they don't see our pets as a money machine trying to make us spend on unnecessary procedures. I recommend without a doubt!

Dr. Salinas I cannot believe that you wouldn't see my dog tonight we were in your hospital and he was sick I cried to the nurse and told you guys my dog was not acting like himself. Yet you refused to see him and you told us to come back tomorrow morning. I am laying in my bed right now with my sick dog that is 11 years old and he is not acting like himself at all. You have no idea right now how badly I feel about you. I don't understand why you became a veterinarian if you don't want to take care of animals.
Dr. Salinas is the most wonderful person in the word! She is professional and understanding with my baby and us. I will always be grateful to her. She listens patiently and clarifies any concern we have and doesn't get annoyed or impatient. She's the only vet we trust with our puppy.
I love this place staff are wonderful with animals. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff were very kind and considerate. My dog was nervous and a little nippy. They kept their cool, talked soothing to calm him down. Quickly identified his health concerns and made appropriate recommendations finding something within my budget. ��
