Thank you to the staff for taking care of my 1 month old kitten Lacey. Dr. Poole and Amber were amazing and wish they took care of humans as well. Shelly and the other staff gave Lacey the VIP treatment and provided excellent advise on being a good mother to my little one. I will see them again in 3 weeks and there after.
While the care at Banfield Pet Hospital, Margate is excellent, especially Dr. Salinis, the customer service there is horrible. Refill of Rx are a nightmare and communication is poor. All issues are resolved, it just takes a lot of going back and forth to get everything right, especially with Rx.When you go in to the clinic, their wellness program is wonderful and they techs are usually friendly. My only issue is regarding Rx refills and communication.

This was my third time to this particular Banfield Pet Hospital. They are caring, professional, are knowledgeable, and they also follow up to see how my girl is doing. I have been very pleased. Suri is too!
