Excellent staff, our puppy loves to go there, everyone is very loving with dog and very emphatic, prices are accesible and they comunicate well.
I took my dog and older cat to Banfield in Boynton and had just a great experience. The staff was so helpful and polite. They were also very professional. We had Dr. Kristen Stiltner who was amazing. My cat usually has such a stressful time at the vets but here they treated her so well and I have never seen my cat be so calm. They treated my pets like they were theirs. Thank you Banfield!
DO NOT GO TO BANFIELD IN BOYNTON IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. MY PET AVI WHO I RESCUED WAS EXAMINED ON 4/19/16 BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER , WHO IS INCOMPETENT . HE GAVE HER A POSITIVE HEALTH CERTIFICATE. . WHAT A JOKE. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED. WHEN AVI WAS GROOMED AT BANFIELD IN DELRAY BEACH THEY SAID HER EARS AND EYES ARE INFECTED . WE PAID $180.00 FOR NOTHING . THE MANAGER WOULD NOT EVEN CALL BACK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, ONLY THE MONEY. OUR PETS ARE OUR CHILDREN.. MRS COUSINS

Everyone there are all so friendly and would do anything to make you happy. Rocky loves coming there to get a bath, teeth cleaned, nails cut, ears cleaned. They are all amazing. Not only does Rocky enjoy going there, I do too!!! After his bath he smells great with the soap they use it is moisturizing. They have this lavender one that smells so great when Rocky lays beside me I'm smelling him and it relaxes me. I recommend anyone to go one time and you will get hooked on the service.
Dr. Toker is aweaome! Great care and so nice. So glad I finally gave them a try. Quality.
Love them!! Great staff, great doctors and you can tell they REALLY LOVE what they do!
