Workers, 3 women were not practicing social distancing, not wearing masks while walking through the parking lot, past the cashiers and through the door to your back area where the veterinarians and vet techs go! They were talking, laughing without a concern for any one else nor for our pets that they could infect if they catch COVID 19! If your employees are “cutting corners” with COVID & disregarding these important CDC recommendations then what else are they disregarding!!! 😡😡😡
I love the care every one at the Boynton Beach hospital provides. They are amazing people and always have the time to answer your questions and concerns.
Very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Stiltner is the best! The Wellness Plan is well worth it.

RecommendedToday was our first visit. I was pleasantly surprised, this was the best vet visit I have ever had!! We just moved here from Ohio & Dr Stiltner impressed me Far more than any previous vet we have been to in 20 years!! From the staff at the front desk to the doctor herself, everyone was knowledgeable and professional & Very Friendly!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!! Renata was super friendly & treated us & our kitty like family!! Thank you so much!! You are my new favorite!!
0 Star They did not catch my dog’s Cancer! We took our yellow lab there since she was a Puppy. She started having trouble with her front leg around 6 years old. Over the next 2 years we took her to check her leg. We spent hundreds for each visit; x-rays, bloodwork, etc. And nothing. They wanted to do a catscan for $3,000. Eventually the leg got really bad. We had to go to an emergency vet which did a biopsy (only a couple of hundred dollars) and found she had advanced cancer in her leg when Banfield told us every time that s... read more
I am always pleased with the way that the staff treats me and my dog. They always give us options and try to save us money while giving us the best recommendations at the same time. Everyone there is extremely friendly and you can tell they really love the animals.
