Dr. Jones has been nothing but amazing with my pup. He absolutely loves her, and so do I. All of the staff are awesome too. Any question I have has been answered directly, which is something I definitely appreciate.
Banfield in Acworth, GA, did a great job getting us in as an emergency after Toby fell about 3 feet directly onto his little face from the back seat of a truck onto the pavement. Three feet is a LONG way for an 8-inch-tall pup! He bumped his nose pretty well and probably bit his tongue. It's swollen up a little, but this actually isn't far off from his usual look! �
The doctors and staff aren't on the same page, not well trained, and the Optimum Wellness Plan is a scam.
This was our first visit on Sunday. They were extremely informative, never left us in the room for more than 5 minutes without letting us know what was going on, whether they were getting paperwork together or viewing X-rays. They provided us with multiple avenues and told us what was best for our dog now and the future. John the vet tech was always informing us of the next step. Overall very impressed! Never kept us waiting and wondering!
