I’ve been using Banfield for over 10 years. Some vets I loved, some I could have done without. This morning I had an 8:30 to discuss options for my 15 year old terrier mix. I was already heart sick and stressed. I admit I was 10 minutes late as I was dreading the apt. Vet came out to inform me she had already started a surgery and I could wait for a 9:00 opening with another vet. No kindness. No compassion. Even the vet tech was shocked. I just cried. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED....THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS....MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!
