I have 2 pets and was paying $80/month for pet insurance. I had been going there for 7 years. The last two times my dog was sick they said I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. Ridiculous. I left as soon as my insurance commitment was fulfilled.
I have the Optimum Wellness Plan with Banfield. After my two Boston Terriers got into a fight with a raccoon, I called Banfield and they told us to speak with Animal control about a rabies booster shot. Of course the animal control officer insisted they needed a booster shot and would need a 45 day quarantine . Rabies booster is required with 96 hours of the attack. Just witnessed a vet worker stand outside staring at her phone instead of doing her job and letting the dog go to the bathroom then proceeded to drag the dog inside even though the dog never even got to go pee. Real professional. Seems like she cared more about her phone than the actual care of the animal
This place clearly only cares about money. My dog is yelping in pain and I requested they fill a prescription that a different Banfield vet very recently wrote for my dog's pain but they wouldn't fill it without their vet seeing him. Then they said they had no appointments today or tomorrow. My poor dog is suffering and they could easily have helped him but didn't. Disgusted.
Dr. Williams and the entire staff at your location absolutely blew me away with your care concern and kindness for my dog, Charlie. Dr. Williams went so far as to pick up my 120+ pound dog and carry him outside in the middle of a downpour to help get him in the car (he is older and was being seen for arthritis pain). Squeezing us in at the last minute and treating us like we were the only patients that mattered means the world to us. You have patients for life!
Thank you Dr. Kite for always taking the time with our fur babies! They are always so happy to go visit their favorite Doctor! Everyone at Rosemont Banfield are always so great and very helpful! 🐶💙🐾 🐶💙🐾
