Don’t bring your pets here. Horrible service. The first time they messed up they misdiagnosed our pup. We brought him in due to him not wanting to walk and to get up to use the bathroom. They believed he had something wrong with his bladder due to it being enlarged on the x-ray. They then recommend us going to blue pearl. When we went there they said his bladder was enlarged because they didn’t drain his bladder first. He ended up just having growing pains. If you care about the health of your dog DO NOT bring your pet to this clinic. Brought my pet in for her wellness check and to get shots. When she arrived at Pet Smart she was very healthy, when I left to put her into my truck she started screaming because of pain. Brought her back in to the clinic and they couldn’t find anything wrong with her, wanted to give her pain medicine and check back in a couple of days. She couldn’t walk on her left leg so I brought her back in and they wanted to charge me $400 dollars for exrays. ... read more
I choose Banfield because it was a cheaper option to get my cat spayed. Only after I was locked into the plan did I find out how much of a scam the Banfield optimum wellness plan really is! No it is not only costing me the plan fee but added blood work the additional pre op fee for a spay that Banfield postponed. Canceling by plan at the end of the contract.
Would not recommend to anyone , they were very rude when I was questioning the prices and the tests I felt were unrelated to the issues i was concerned about. They got very rude with me and told me to put my dog up for adoption to let someone else take care of him . And then proceeded to tell me I was going to have my dog taken away for not treating him with them. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and that’s sad . The associates at this hospital are very hard working and compassionate people. Our dog actually loves to spend time here!
