Since going there with my puppy , they have given me excellent customer service. I will recommend them to my friends.
Our dogs have seen Dr. Minkin at Banfield since they were puppies (12 years). All members of the staff genuinely care about our pets and we have never had a bad experience there. Any time we've needed to get Frank, our doxie, in on short notice for his IVDD they have fit us in. We love this practice and appreciate the good care they have given our fur babies.
