Have been taking my pet there for eight years now and keep wondering why and now it has happened, Dr Kelley has the bedside manner of flea. I’m completely traumatized after dealing with him some two weeks later, short and dismissive attitude walking away from me telling I wasn’t seeing what I was seeing wrong with my dog. I have always had great experiences at Banfield with all my pets. They have always been so caring for my babies and took all my concerns and addressed each one. I‘ve never had anything bad to say about Banfield doctors, techs or the associates at the front desk, they have always been so helpful to me and my babies!

Very Knowledgeable staff, kind, courteous and have received nothing but quality care for a practice that is extremely busy. Highly recommend this practice being an owner of 3 precious pups!
