My dog took the rabies vaccine and had an allergic reaction , we return to Banfield for help and veterinary said to go to another hospital because she was leaving, gave no support.
I've never had a bad experience with Banfield. The staff and doctors are great, friendly and helpful. They are always able to accommodate my schedule. The wellness plans save me a fortune on 2 cats and 1 dog.
DONE. D.O.N.E with banfield. Nickel and dimed us even after we've been paying wellness plan for years, lying to us several times, and doctors can't even recognize infected/non-infected wound. The worst.
