I have a 145 lb English Mastiff with massive anxiety. Before making my first appointment I spent 45 min explaining this. I was told we can treat your dog with no problem. I told them he needed to either be with me or medicated to be seen without me. 1st visit he was muzzled and there for 2 hours no treatment could be done because he was freaking out. RecommendedI really love the way that they take care of my dog. seeing the doctor lei down in the floor given love to your pet, I have no words to describe how nice they are.
they are very friendly and understanding.... my poor little kitty had mats in her fur that I couldn't get out myself and they did it for me no problem....
They were absolutely amazing. I was very upset with having to put my cat buddy down. They were very helpful and supportive through the whole process. And the card they gave me after with the paw prints was heart wrenching. I would definitely recommend them

Today was my & my cat Jack’s first visit. They were great in explaining procedures & helping me pick the best payment plan. Jack was very much at ease with the staff & they were giving him plenty of loves & praises!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!
