RecommendedI have been a client since they first opened with my Bella Luna. The vets here are as honest as can be. We had to place Bella Luna two weeks ago, and I could not express enough for such care of my best friend whom we had to let her go with the quality of care that the staff did.. I couldn't ask for the compassion that we received. I have Bella Luna's foot print that I never expected.

I absolutely love Banfield in Salem ma. They take such good care of my four dogs and are always catering to their needs. Dr. Bustard and Dr. Burdick and their crew of techs are so knowledgeable and professional. They really care about the animals and treat them as their own. they are also extremely thorough with their examinations. I would never go anywhere else. Their Wellness Plans are all great and they are a great option for a pet parent on a budget. You wont regret going there.
What great family place feeling, every time I bring my pets in they know who they are by name, follow up on every visit, share concerns, help you understand your pets needs, I so happy to be part of this family hospital called Banfield. Banfield Hospital Salem, MA is great when it comes to yearly checkup and exams. But when your dog is sick and needs to be seen, it is sooo difficult. Emergency walk in is not even an option. Diagnosing sickness/illness is a process of elimination for them. They go by what other VET has diagnose and continue on prescribing similar medicine if the other one isn't working properly. My DOG passed away due to uncontrollable and continuous seizures and both hospital Banfield and Mass VET in Woburn can't seem to treat....
I've taken both my dogs and one cat to banfield, I've always had great customer service, very attentive and helpful. Doctors are knowledgeable and care about the wellbeing of my pets. I would recommend them to all my friends with pets.
Banfield is a Scam. They only care about the wellness monthly payments that they suck you into and it only covers the animal to be seen but not for any tests or treatments. . Awful customer service and even worse veterinarians. I've never seen the same doctor twice in over 4 years. . Very disappointed. I should have known better.
