took my dog in for a bladder infection...TWICE. They conned us into getting the wellness plan which cost over $500!! Less than two months later my dog passed away and now the fuking hospital WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE PLAN!!! BANFIELD YOU SUCK!!!!!
Every time I have taken my dogs there, they do not sniff the floors or walls. A clean environment just like a human doctor's exam room.
Great vets....TERRIBLE office staff...would be a 5 off the desk girls weren't so rude
