Took my 17 year old puggle in for a quality of life exam. When I left without answers or clarity, I called back only to be greeted rudely by the vet tech Victoria who not only forgot to have the vet call me, but shouted to me that she would euthanize the dog based on its eye ulcer severity. This was all before hanging up on me. No compassion or love for animals was witnessed when I was there or on the phone. This is the first negative review I have ever left, so sad.

We went in for basic vaccinations and my dog came back limping with deep visual bruising 😔 I could hear him screaming from the waiting area but I couldn't see what was happening to him. I assumed it was from the shot but now I'm not so sure. NEVER taking an animal back here again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS VET WILL SCAM YOU! I was charged over $140 for a health certificate (AFTER A $50 coupon). This vet charges $270 an hour to fill out forms. (Seriously I was charged $90 for the vet to fill out an editable pdf and claimed it took 20 mins) Just FYI a typical health certificate is around $50! STAY AWAY! The Entire banfield company is a scam. Their customer service department will simply ignore your emails if they don’t want to help you. Wish I had looked at the other reviews before I went!
