Customer Service and the veterinary staff are amazing. I never feel bad about having to take my dog here because she loves going to see all her friends, and they love her too! Most of the time I drop her off and I know that she'll get loved on whenever they have a spare moment. Recently they special ordered a product for me "just in case" I decided I wanted it so when I called to order a week ahead of when I'd need it, they already had it!
Dr. Krohn is awesome!
Love Dr Scnier and all her Banfield peeps. They made a difference over and over for us and our 5 pets on the plan
