Your customer service sucks! All your office cares about is whether or not people buy your Pet Insurance but when my dog needed your assistance your staff referred me to a pet ER. Your excuse is that your short handed...well that Veterinarian has been gone for several months now...hire another for heavens sake and give your customers the service they deserve and have paid for. 1 star is too high. Do not be deceived. I paid close to $300 per month for my 4 dogs and 1 cat yet could never get them in to any Phoenix banfield in an emergency even mid afternoon on a week day and while canceling the auto-renew today I was told they are really more of a wellness/maintenance clinic. Don't think if you have any issue you can get your pet to be seen for at least a few days.
Suuuuuper friendly and sweet staff; my pup Charlie is in good hands! Both veterinarians he's seen have been extremely knowledgeable and kind. Teeth cleaning is next!
Have brought both of my new puppies here... their puppy wellness program is great!! Highly recommended!!
