I have always had a great experience with Banfield. I have taken my dog there since I got him about 2.5 years ago and got him set up on a wellness plan. When I do a drop off and need him out by a certain time they make sure to have him done with plenty of time. Anytime he is seen the vet calls and talks to me to go over everything they have done/are wanting to do. He also got a birthday card :)
We received the sweetest sympathy card today from these amazing group of people. We recently had to put our 17 year old cat to sleep and my heart was breaking. There is no easy way to do this but I could not have ask for anything more from them. Such compassion and professionalism like I've haven't seen in a VERY long time!
