Get your shit together!! I have had nothing but problems dealing with your Client Service Coordinators!!!! I've been coming to banfield for years and I've even worked at the one in Saint Paul, but I am utterly disappointed at the lack in communication there!!!! I love Dr. Taylor and Dr Henton, but I can't stand that the CSCs always mess up. I will NOT be returning!!
