It was ok. Everyone was friendly but they certainly push the drugs and the shots. In confidence I told the vet tech I was planning on giving my dog cbd oil. For some reason she felt the need to tell the vet, who advised against it. Of course. Its natural and not pharmaceutical so of course he was against it. My dog has an infection, do I bought the antibiotics I know she needs. She also needs a tooth cleaning but that will be done by a holistic vet. Your dog should NOT have all these vaccinations they are telling you to have.. RESEARCH DOG VACCINATIONS!!!!! My dog is no longer living and U of MN vet said it was because of vaccinations at BANFIELD.
Can't even begin to express how awesome the staff at Banfield was. In a accident we lost our family pet of 6 years. It was very hard to deal with let alone bring her in for cremation service.Every staff member was more than sympathetic to our loss and treated extremely well as they were stuck explaining how every thing would work. They WILL be the only pet hospital we will use if and when we decide to get another pet. The 3 people that helped us even sent a card with hand written condolences in it. BANFIELD MAPLEWOOD ROCKS.
