We treat our pets like children, so when you bring your pup home after a routine physical and realize he still has his IV catheter in - well, disappointed doesn't quite cover it. He was uncomfortable to say the least. So putting my Army training to use, I removed the catheter and stopped the bleeding. Pretty much the epitome of unprofessionalism. I would expect a higher standard of care and better attention to detail from a national brand. I will be switching vets and I recommend to prospective pet parents to stay away!
Brought my dog in at 7:00am to be spade and it is 3:15 and they have not done the surgery yet very disappointed!
