Went for a follow up from a UTI. First, had to schedule for a later date than intended after I was already there because my follow up directions were wrong and they didn't notice to tell me earlier. Then get another urine analysis done and they told me he had a lot of crystals and needed to be on a prescription diet and checked for stones. Took him to another vet 2 days later and his urine is completely normal! Wondering if they messed up somehow but I'm still out over $100 for a wrong diagnosis!
Dr Gould is amazing! She & the staff take wonderful care of my pets!
Dr. Megan Legare is awesome! She truly cares about the animals she sees. I have seen tears in her eyes after she has had to put one down. The staff there are friendly, smart, and take excellent care of my dog. They know him on sight and he is always happy to seem them; never scared. I beleive their prices are consistent with all veterinary services. They even offer the pet insurance that gets my dog free exams and greatly helps with the cost of his care.
