I have been taking my dog here since we adopted her about a year and a half ago. Always nice and professional. She developed two masses that needed checked out. She had an annual exam last week and after her physical I was quoted for what the cost would be to have samples of the masses taken and sent to lab.After her exam today on the masses, the bill was more than double of what I was quoted. If not for this place I would have never known my baby was sick. They fought hard with us to help her heal and when the time came to make the difficult decision to put our baby to rest they made it so easy and were so caring and understanding. They gave my family plenty of time with her to say our goodbyes and they explained everything to my kids to make the process easier. I had no issues with this Crew here in Colorado Springs, CO up North. yes it was expensive today cause of dental Issues my cat has, so they took care of Alex and I paid the Bill. without the wellness Health plan it would be much more. it's not only a Clinic, so this is Care at a Hospital For sick Pets. we all need Care and Surgeries. just work a 2nd Job and u going to be alright. use a Care Credit Card when u get approved for it. it really helps a lot .

We have used Banfield for years. It turns out they have mis diagnosed and overcharged us for a lot of that time. We cannot cancel their “annual plan” even though our dog has died, in part due to their incompetence. Look elsewhere.
