RecommendedThey have always been straightforward and knowledgeable when examining and treating my Theodora and Tabitha. They call to discuss the specific values in blood tests and recommended further steps. They are timely, considerate, and professional. If my parents' dog had this level of care, instead of a vet who ignored blood work and warning signs, she might still be alive. I love Banfield and trust them with my cats.

TERRIBLE IN HUMANE MONEY SUCKING PLACE!!!!
Disappointed that after having pet care at the same Banfield location for 19 years until my dear pet passed away last year, that Banfield could not be bothered to accommodate my request to see our new puppy who had been quite sick. I get that there are schedules to keep but I would think they could accommodate illness checks given they call themselves a "hospital". I fired Banfield and selected a new vet who could accommodate a sick puppy.
Thank you to Dr Anderson & he rest of the compassionate staff as I dealt with a very difficult euthanasia decision. The time I needed alone with Doug was much needed appreciated. Thank you for not rushing the process and making such a hard day seem manageable. �
Didn't have to take my pet here, but did have to pick up prescription food since our vet ran out. Was helped by Victoria who was very busy, and seemingly running the place by herself. She took the time to run the script and even show me where the food was in the petsmart next door. All the while, maintained a friendly and professional attitude. If she is indicative of the rest of the staff, I would recommend them highly.
