I am in town visiting. My dog became sick with GI issues. Got me in the same day! Doctor and staff were great.
Went to pick up my dog's monthly flee meds. While the vet tech went to go grab them one of the doctors came out to pet my dog. I thought that was sweet of her then she implied that my dog was stupid and can get by on his looks. I will not be going again and once I find out which doctor it was, I will be filing a complaint. this is the third time a staff member was disrespectful to me and I don't find that professional at all.
I have a 9mth old green cheek conure that somehow got a string wrapped around his foot and toes. my avian vet is in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina and i was concerned the string would tighten to the point of cutting into his foot by the time i got there. I knew banfield doesn't treat birds but when I got there and showed them my birds foot they rushed him to the back and got the string off his foot at no cost to me. i was freaking out and they kept me, my bird, and themselves calm. i can't thank them enough!!
Best patient care ever. I absolutely love this place! They always take great care of my dogs and today when I thought my cat needed an emergent appointment, they told me to come in and they’d fit me in the second they could. I only waited about 10 mins. Definitely recommended for your furbabies! I have 2 dogs and a cat on their wellness plans and it’s saves me $100s.
My first visit was it really bad. I had to wait a half an hour past my appointment. But I felt my dog got checked out OK. I will keep on going . I don't know if I'll keep it going constantly but I will check it out.
Awful. For a place called a "pet hospital" they wouldn't do anything for my dog that was limping. When you go to the hospital the don't tsk if you want to drive the "citadel location" which is 30 mins away from the location I'm closest to. Apperantly the doctor was "too busy" to see my dog. Name a doctors office that tell you to visit there other location because "they can't see you." This place has repeatedly inflicted harm on my baby boy!! They will not answer for there wrong doing!! Not only that they will still charge you 8 months after you cancel your insurance!! If you leave your pet with them your Crazy!!!!!###@*@*@$!!
