It was my first time there with my pup Electra. The staff was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Banfield to anyone with pets! They broke down everything to me that they planned on doing with my pup and the best part is, you know what you're paying for as well as knowing that uou can postpone any services for your pup if you dont have the money for it yet! ;)
My 3 year old dog has always been seen here, also our 2 guinea pigs before that. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. Even when they are busy they make you feel like a priority.
Waited almost 25 minutes, just to have them tell me they refused to sell anything unless I pay for a full exam. If I wanted that, I'd take my animals to a real vet. The staff was rude: looked right at me waiting, then turned away and disappeared w/o saying a word. THEN helped someone who actually got there after me... BEFORE acknowledging me standing right there at the counter. Its a shame: because the staff and mgmt at PETSMART can't be beat.
This place is awesome, they truly made my puppies feel special!
