This location needs a change of management! Not professional, several of the staff here needs better training on communication. The manager Laura Is very passive and challenging and lacks customer service. Do your self a favor go elsewhere
We recently took our 6 year old husky Siku in for X-rays due to some limping in left hind leg. They said they couldn’t finish X-rays and he would have to be sedated - not intubated and anesthetized but lightly sedated. Well he ended up intubated for the X-rays and developed a cough the same day and eventually developed pneumonia and now he is dead. He also developed an acute aortic thromboembolism after his visit. I came to this vet in an emergency situation. This is by far the most caring and kind staff I have ever encountered at a veterinarian. I will be switching to make them my always go to vet, which includes saving me hundreds per year. These guys are amazing and highly recommended!
Great group of people that work at Banfield Pet Hospital. Makes not only your pet but you also feel like family. ❤️❣️❤️. Always follows up the next day to see if your pet is doing ok & not having any side effects. Love them.

The vets and techs are absolutely very friendly, polite, caring towards the animals, and very informative if you have questions. The wellness plan is the best thing that I have ever seen a pet hospital have!
