The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital are so caring. They got us in to be seen quickly. The Veterinarian helped sign us up for their medical insurance which reduced our bill making caring for our dog more feasible. Our dog was in great hands and he now gets free welness check ups under his Healthcare. Thanks so much Banfield ���
Moving my pet to another location. Can't keep their records straight. And frankly the way they spoke to me and my wife was beyond disrespectful. You don't challenge your customers. Employee turnover there should have been a red flag to begin with. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Dr. Thompson was a breath of fresh air when I first met her. She doesn't sugarcoat matters and says what needs to be said. She is the one doctor that has been able to help me with my problematic pug, which definitely took patience on my part. In the end, following her over the years has proved to be undeniably worth it.
