I was a good customer for a few years and how did Banfield repay me? How about collections because my pet died 8 months ago and I refuse to pay the bs monthly payments. I adopted a new pet after my pet passed away and they would not let that money be used for my new pets shots etc. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. Banfield sucks!
This 'vet' company is owned by Mars, the CANDY company. all the want to do is sell sell sell, recommend services they know you don't need. AVOID Banfield unless your REALLY desperate
Banfield plan is a RIP off. Maya shouldn't be allowed around animals. Kyle the manager cares more about getting you a plan than about your pet.
Treatment of a fractured toe recommended by one of the doctors at this Banfield left my dog without a paw pad. Negligence should not be tolerated in this industry, especially if it is a profession that requires compassion, respect and ultimate transparency when caring for all animals in need.
Dr Thompson is a wonderful veterinarian and person. My 2 cats have had their share of issues over the past year and she has been kind, caring, and compassionate. Their vet tech, Taylor, is always great with my cats. They love him.
