RecommendedI like this location because you can walk right in the banfield and you dont have to go all the way through the pet smart store. Our dog doesn't like other dogs so this is convenient for us. We see Dr Henslee and think she is great! She is very understanding and nice.
Dr. Kondos, Dr. Henslee, Dr. Cassady, Dr. Howland, Kat and all the staff, past and present, took the absolute best care of my rotten little turd. Because of them, I got to spend 16 and a half years with my little furry stinker. They are gentle, kind and compassionate care takers and my pup was always at ease with them. They took care of me as much as my pup, and were so sweet and patient when I'd call and ask dozens of anxious questions. I have never used a "chain" veteranian before, but followed Dr. Kondos to Banfield. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor- my dogs love her and I feel she is knowledgeable, interested in her work, and thorough in examinations. Having a cat with health issues recently, I have pestered this poor woman with multiple questions, but she never seems exasperated or annoyed when answering which makes me feel comfortable in ensuring my pets have the best care (from both me and their staff) possible. The vet care seems fine, the customer service seems lacking. I was not told about the wellness plan joining fee, but I payed it. I was NOT told about the 25$ aditional fee tied to her spay, so we had to delay it. I am furious, and dealing with buyers remorse. I wish I could have stayed with Afordable Vet Care. They provided me with an itemized estimate of her spay so we would have no suprises. Bottom line, you'll get fine vet care here but ask lots of questions so you are not suprised by the fees
These people will only take care of your pet if you have credit cards and lots of money. They took no mercy on us last night. We live pay check to paycheck and they couldn't treat our dog and wait payment 24 hours! OUR DOG DIED LAST NIGHT BE AUSE THEY DIDNT HELP US!!!!!
