Been Banfield wellness plan member for 14 years. They refused to see my old dying dog today because they were too busy and that vet did not know her. Website clearly states, emergency services provided during business hours!! I will be fighting to have them pay for the emergency vet bill incurred due to their refusal. Awful service!!!

Everyone here is so sweet and caring of my fur-babies.
I absolutely loved them! They helped our dog out a lot even though she was wiggly. They were very friendly and very helpful.
I absolutely adore Banfield and the staff there. They made the transition of transferring everything into my name while my Fiancé was deployed so hassle free. Also the way they treat your pet at drop off appointments is amazing. Love this place and even though i live an hour and half away, its worth the drive knowing my fur baby is going to be treated and cared for the way I want her to be.
Smart mouthed and RUDE! Tried to rip us off!! Dr left a voicemail message that one of Peyton's teeth "fell out" during dental hygiene procedure then tried to charge for an extraction. When asked "what are your talking about, extraction? The rude front desk person became sarcastic and said "that's when we pull teeth." This is the tip of the iceberg of issues. I took my cat in because I knew she was sick. I ended up having to say goodbye to her. It was very very sad. They were very kind to me and to my Cleo. Thank you very much. Karen.
