Sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. Appointment was at 11:30, it is now 1 and we have yet to be seen. Don't go to this vet if you have plans after the appointment because you will not have enough time to do them. Great way to waste time though. DO NOT COME HERE. The banfield vets in other cities are 100x better.
