Stay away from the vet there. A handful of the girls there are really nice, but the business itself only cares about your money. Their "welness plan" does nothing for your animal if you have to bring them there to treat anything. Only to "prevent" illness. It's a huge rip-off with lots of fine print. If you take your pet there in an emergency, they'll rush you out if it's a time sensitive matter, AFTER they stop you and make sure that you pay for your consult first, where they told you to go somewhere else. The people at this clinic are amazing! Tamara is a kind-hearted, warm person who truly cares about your animals. Also, Dr. Gant is a knowledgeable vet, who also exudes a caring personality and wants to provide the best care to your animal. Only thing, could have more rooms for patients.
Drs. Gant and Bayles, as well as EACH staff member, are the most caring veterinary professionals I have ever met. They each know my "fur baby", Diamond, by name, as well as her medical history and they are always willing and able to do what it takes to quickly get her better. I cannot thank them enough for caring for her and always treating her as their own.
The staff is so compassionate and caring with my Pets. I trust them with my fur babies.
My beloved Rocky cut his foot pretty bad...He was bleeding everywhere..I called them at 7:30 and they said they would be waiting for me..I was a wreck, They stitched him up..And took amazing care of my fur baby!! Thank you so much Banfield..
