The replies I've seen from one of their employees to customers...wow! I will NEVER step foot in this place. Apparently if they want to charge you something other than what the menu says they can. If you are upset, foul language is on the way. Jon Taffer couldn't even save this place

Love this place ! The atmosphere and energy is addictive not to mention the awesome staff! Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a good place to enjoy their time.
Poor management and poor treatment of customers. If you are over charging a customer, you are overcharging a customer. If the menu is old, get rid of it.
Stopped in many times for a drink, but after reading the local blotters of bartender Haley's complete disregard for overcharging customers and then blasting said customer with disgusting and hateful comments I can take my business elsewhere.
I have never had any good experiences at this bar. Every time I've gone, I've been treated with disrespect and rude comments from the bar tenders/waitresses. After what happened over this past weekend to the group my friends were with I will NEVER go back, and I will make sure to tell everyone wanting to go there, not to because of this. This didn't just happen once. It's happened multiple times to multiple different people. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
I used to go there only because all the friends wanted to go there and Ive always thought the service was slow, and even during non rush times. Prices are over the top for the product. Very rude customer service, not polite, and i will not be going back again.
Overcharging people and kicking them out when they confront you about it. DONT GO TO THIS SHITHOLE! GO TO DIAMOND JIM'S. ITS A 3 MINUTE WALK FROM BANDITOS
