Shouldn't have to be explained....
See my yelp review that says it all.....nothing to do with the recent issues but by far the worst service ever in this place. Upper management is running this place into the ground. Fix the couple good servers/bartenders you have and get rid of the others then take some management classes and learn how to run a successful business.
Re: their apologe post. They failed to apologize to the customer for their bartender yelling across the bar to "get that fat ass out of here". There was more to the story than just the $1 difference.
You took zero action against the employee who harassed and attacked a customer via social media because YOUR employee made a mistake?? I will be filing a complain with the better business bureau against this establishment and I urge everyone who reads this to do the same.
Wow. Those tater tots were amazing!! So worth it!! Great atmosphere. Will come again!
Food was dope af, had like 3 chickens and was full af. Parking was terrible though. 1 star

Terrible staff, management is rude. I am disappointed to see the employee who harassed a patron is still here. I hope people understand that they are worth more than how this place makes them out to be and they stop giving you their money.
This establishment has terrible staff and the owner is pond scum. Don't waste your time coming here.
