Service was excellent, food & drinks were pricey.
As soon as I walked in I was told there is no table service and all orders need to be made at the bar. The few available tables were covered with half eaten food and empty beer bottles. After sitting at the bar for 20 minutes, the bartender finally came around to say there's a two hour wait for food. I obviously left immediately. Terrible management

What happened today? Sat for 15 minutes without being tended to, pizza was off the menu because "only 1 cook was working", there's only 2 servers working 15 tables, then we get a water with no ice? Why? Oh, because the point of sales side of the bar had no ice??? We had to get up, go to the other end of the bar to get our own ice! I was also told you guys ran out of glasses to serve beer in? On top of that, I only got like 22 tater tots with my meal!! Ive had much better times here. You guys need to hire more cooks and waite... read more
Very disappointed first with the service/food .. we got a table on the patio over in the l far raised section that only had a few tables. The server cleaned our table off in front of us and she disappears for 20 min .. then walked by us few more times and she waited on the other couple tables that were almost done eating. After another 15 min my date got up and went and asked for service ... she came over took our drink order and chicken nachos ..30 min later nachos showed up ... flavorless and soggy as hell. Usual I love Bandito Barneys Beach Club, but my last two visit I have left after one drink because I could not get the waitress to take my food order!! Just this past weekend I waited 40 minutes!!! She ignored the table I was at maybe because there was only two of us vs 4/6 and waited on others... The outside area was not even that busy due to the fact we had went early to avoid the crowds. Special thanks to the Banditos security team for helping the sound guy out with some unrulely patrons disrespecting personal space and getting physical last night. You guys handled it politely and curteously diffusing the situation. You're the best.
First timer. Loved it! Great atmosphere, loved the live band, I'm not a drinker but the drinks were awesome. Definitely going back all summer.
I am not a fan of this place. But seeing how they treated the many they over serve makes me never want to go there again. We witnessed someone way over served. The manager told the bouncer that the guy, who we did not know, was out of there. The bouncer watched the guy stumble out and go lay on a sidewalk. It was a chilly night and they did nothing for over 20 minutes. (Other people helped him, we made sure he had help before we left) No care in the world for what happened to their patrons.
