I’ve never left a poor review before, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were waiting to check in and there was one person staffed who was on their 30 minute break. The first morning we were there, our water wouldn’t turn on (shower, sink, toilet) and when we tried to let them know, nobody came to the front desk (likely on another 30 minute break). This place is under new ownership. I stayed here during Fantasy Fest, and it was great. The cabana rooms next to the pool are awesome. Get a cabana room if you can. It's a totally different vibe and experience, from the rest of the hotel. The bartender was super. I swam in the water next to the boat ramp and dolphins came over to me and swam with me. Not WORTH IT!! We booked double bed room previously and once we reached the room turns out they only have one bed available. When called, they were sold out. Since the hotels were out of our price range in key west we drove all the way back for one hour in the middle of the night. We had to get a separate room at a different hotel Also we were charge extra fees which was not included initially during reservation
