I called and was told to come on in and they would change it for her. He was gentle and quick and did not charge us for the service.She loves her piercing and we appreciate the follow up care. I got my venom bites tongue piercing here and it got infected twice. I took them out to see where he pierced it at and he pierced through my vains. 💜
