A friend of mine just come in on Friday and got her hair done... 5 hours...and $140 later it looked like complete crap... she was offered to stay and have it "fixed" but who inbthere right mind would want to stay any longer??? Already being there 5hours... had 3 different process done to her hair and it still not be right... she wanted a ombre and it was far from what she wanted...
