My sales person told me I wouldn't have any trouble getting through. I've yet to connect with a person when I've called in. I particularly don't like that I have to leave a message. RecommendedFantastic product, even better customer service, it's a really easy to use but useful tool. I would highly recommend this company to anyone after a HR program.
Poor reporting tools. Poor integration with other systems. Sales team tells you the tool can do many things it cannot. It's better than Excel. Price is somewhat reasonable. The only answer to issues is that they'll submit it to their developers.
